My family and myself attended the Jacobean/Burns night and what a wonderful experience this was. The food the speeches and the entertainment were second to none and the fact that your wine glass was topped up every time you were finished made this excellent value for money. (Don't forget the wee dram as a toast to Rabbie was also included!! The atmosphere and ambience was absolutely fantastic!!

The only down side was there was no disabled access for our elderly and disabled mother also a very long way for her to walk for toilet facilities.

The music, DJ and sound at our QBR [Queens Baton Relay] event this year was fabulous, we were told that we had the best even of West Dunbartonshire and stood out from all the events over Scotland!.  Given that our location and customer base is quite extreme and mixed, the feedback from people attending, and the staff on site, was superb.  I can still see the kids faces when the ticker tape starter to blow out of the canons! Wow.  I know that I am a demanding customer, and my requirements are always unusual to say the least, but once again your mix of music just hit the spot without me having to explain anything ...you obviously know me.

Anyway, it was only when I was going through all the events that you have done this year that I thought I should thank you – fire eating, bubble mania, DJ, live music, walk about's inflatables....I have to stop or I’ll bore you! Talking of bore, well boar, the hog roast has simply been the icing on the cake to so many of our events this year.

I am writing to thank you so much for the fantastic entertainment we had for our Dinner last December.  We have had such positive feedback for our delegates who absolutely loved it and I must say I was completely blown away by “Frank” – he was amazing, the Show Girls were just incredible – really perfect .  Rabbie was brilliant and really engaged the Audience and finally The Peatbog Faeries were just brilliant.  To see the President of our Society Irish dancing to them will live with all of us forever.

Thank you again for making our Dinner a night to remember and it was better than anything we could have hoped for.

Just thought I would drop you all a line to say how much we enjoyed ourselves at the 70’s night on 22nd December in Paisley Town Hall. We could not fault anything the food EXCELLENT the music FANTASTIC and our waitress very ATTENTIVE. We will be back next year (only thing is there will be a lot more of us) Please let me know about next years venue.

I had the great pleasure of working with Tom McShane on the International Gathering of Scottish Highland Dance at Disneyland Paris in 2011. Tom already had the reputation for delivering excellent entertainment and so when I asked him to be Master of Ceremonies for the evenings festivities I just wanted him to accept. He didn’t disappoint in either accepting or delivering! Tom has a broad spectrum of experience which coupled with his creativity enabled him to give valuable contribution during the general planning of the Gathering. Tom is an all-rounder but not the typical Jack of All Trades, Master of None ……… he knows how to take an event from start to finish and he certainly understands the meaning of Entertainment!

We hired Tom in 2009 to help us organise a medieval wedding in falkirk town hall. The service we received was second to none. Tom and his team actually managed to turn an ordinary room into the great hall of a medieval castle complete with hanging tapestries and fabulous table settings even the waiting staff were in full medieval costume. 

It was dream of mine that at times I felt unable to achieve until I discovered tom by chance on the internet one day. He made my wedding day everything that I wanted it to be and more and I would recommend FD Events to anyone planning any kind of party or function. 

My wedding was a fantastic day that my friends and family still talk about three years on as none had ever been to anything quite like it before. Ten out of ten Tom and hope you continue to make peoples wedding dreams come true.
